Snapchat Neglect Google's $4 Billion Offer After Facebook's Offer

Early 3-4 days we got a News that Facebook gave a offer of 3 Billion $ dollar to the Snapchat (World's No. 1 photo-sharing app) and Now another news is coming out from center of Tech -World that Google also offered to Snapchat of 4 dollar Billion but Snapchat refused that offer which is a higher bid ever.

Om Malik, the founder of technology website GigaOm, tweeted that Google had offered to buy Snapchat for $4 billion, but its founder and CEO Evan Spiegel said no to the internet search titan too. According to a report by Valleywag website, this was done to drive up valuation further.
The report says that China's Tencent Holdings was the first to give Snapchat a buyout offer of $3-4 billion. However, Spiegel said he was looking for a higher valuation of the company and Tencent eventually retracted its offer.


Presently approximately 350 million photos are sent via Snapchat each day and this figure is expected to touch 400 million in the next couple of months.

May be one day Snapchat will surpass the no. of uploading photos on Facebook if they cross this above figure of 400 million.
